• You own the file or have explicit permission from the rights holder to upload and process it
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• You will not upload content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

scrubr is not responsible for how you obtained the audio files you upload, nor for how you use the processed output.

3. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, scrubr and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Any claims related to copyright infringement or intellectual property violations arising from files you upload or download
• Any loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Any damages resulting from errors, interruptions, or failures of the Service
• Any third-party claims against you relating to your use of the Service

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use scrubr to:

• Upload, process, or distribute content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission

5. File storage and deletion

Files uploaded to and processed by scrubr are stored temporarily on our servers. We reserve the right to delete any files at any time without notice. You should download your processed files promptly after processing. scrubr is not responsible for any loss of files stored on the Service.
